When putting on or taking off your framed glasses, always use both hands. Also, when placing your glasses down, avoid letting the lenses touch surfaces such as tables. Place them with the lenses facing upward and ideally in a glasses case. 

With most glasses, it's best to first gently fold the earpiece on the left side. If forced to fold the right side first, it can cause the frame to become unbalanced or crooked, leading to discomfort when wearing them. 

If the screws become loose, promptly take them to an optical store to have them tightened; otherwise, the lenses may easily fall and break. 

Different materials for frame glasses require different maintenance measures. For example, natural material frames such as tortoiseshell should not be cleaned using ultrasonic methods, as this could cause the material to overheat, deform, and result in the frame breaking.
